ClearVista Solutions, LLC ("CVS") understands the importance of privacy to our customers. We are firmly committed to keeping what we learn about our customers confidential.  We do not give or sell confidential information about a customer to any third party, except as required by law or as necessary to provide services requested by our customer.

Use of the Information
CVS uses information collected to provide services to CVS customers, for analysis, and to continually improve our Software and Services.  The information you provide to CVS is held in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with any third party that is not directly affiliated with your transactions or under contract by CVS to process information for CVS, except as required by law.

IP Address
Your IP address may be used to help us diagnose problems with our Software and Services, and to administer our Web site, and for gathering broad demographic information.

Contact Information
Names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses allow you, your agents, co-workers, and trading partners to use CVS Software and Services for shipping and receiving transactions, certain financial transactions, and exchange of information.  CVS  may also use this information to contact you and your trading partners about other CVS Software and Services.

Financial Information
Banking information, credit card numbers, and carrier account numbers used for financial transactions are performed offline by utilizing highly secure, direct access to financial institutions.

Shipping Information
Shipment tracking numbers, vendor invoices, and shipment contents are required for certain transportation and logistics transactions.

Surveys
CVS may conduct user surveys to gain a better understanding of the needs of our customers.

Security
CVS Internet sites, and their supporting systems, employ generally accepted information security techniques such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptography to appropriately protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.  Network and physical access to our system is restricted to authorized users only, and is logged and monitored on a continuous basis.   CVS encrypts users names, passwords, and logistics information during certain transaction when exchanging data between authenticated trading partners.  CVS also uses SSL (Secured Socket Layer) to secure the entry of confidential information such as financial and credit card information. 

Sharing of the Information
We do not share information about individual users with any third party, except in these cases:
(1) the third party is directly affiliated with your transaction; (2) the third party is under contract by CVS to process information for CVS; (3) the information is provided as anonymous; with all names, addresses and other personal, corporate, and company identities removed and, (4) customer has requested services that requires third party access to data, (5) as required by law.  CVS may contract with third party vendors to assist us in processing the information collected on our site. These vendors are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are restricted from using the information for any purpose other than helping to provide CVS services to our customers.  CVS will share statistics in aggregate form with third parties without revealing the companies or identities of individual users in order to improve services, pricing, and further CVS' business interests.
